It Takes a Village
Before and after games, your players' coaches are busy preparing the children for the game (batting practice, fielding practice). After the game, they are discussing the game, what went well, and what can be done to bring the players and their teams to the next level. To help them coach your player and his or her peers, we need parents to help drive activities before, during and after each and every game.
BEFORE THE GAME

Dampen Infield, Mound, & Home-Plate Area.
Rake/Drag Infield.
Rake Mound & Home-Plate Area.
Chalk-Line Base Paths and Batter's Box.
Away Team
Open the Concession Stand.

Home Team
Announce the Game and keep the Scoreboard.
Away Team
Staff the Concession Stand.
| POST-GAME FIELD & CLEANUP
Home Team
Rake infield, mound and home-plate area.
Away Team
Cleanup and Lock the Concession Stand.
Empty trash cans into parking-lot trash bin. This needs to be done after every single game.
